Some people will set a time of day whereafter they will not permit themselves to look at work-related tasks.
Remind yourself that it will still be there tomorrow.

Get Enough Sleep
It is essential to ensure that you get the rest you need each night.
If you struggle to sleep, examine things that might rob you of your rest.
Is your bedroom a relaxing place that is conducive to sleep?
Are you going to bed and waking up at the same time each day?
Are you avoiding caffeine and alcohol in the evenings?
