4.Sausages with Frenchlentil ragout&salsa verde

I love the lentils, as its a nice change of garnish/carbohydrate and they are cheap.

When scaling up, thats not viable.
Salsa verde
So the pasta is cooked separately from the sauce, then they are mixed together.
This halves the days cook time, giving us the opportunity to do more prep for other dishes.

Nobody complains about eating kale when its with that rice!
Crispy Salami Risoni Salad

We just love it because its a little different, its nice to prep and pack.
Salami is of a reasonable price too.

I cant imagine hand chopping 20kg / 40lb of salami!!
