How to make Thai Peanut Sauce
Thai Peanut Sauce is almost unbelievably simple to make.
So 1 tsp cooking salt / kosher salt = 1/2 tsp table salt).
So I like to marinade the chicken to make it extra tasty.

Its best to marinade for at least 3 hours but even 20 minutes is long enough.
