Theres really no definitive rules about what goes inside Spring Rolls.
I like to add chopped mushrooms which adds extraumami(savoury flavour) into the filing.
While thin, they are pliable, easy to handle and less fragile than you might imagine.

I know spring rolls is one of those things that may seem daunting to try your hand at.
But its actually not that tricky at all.
