This is a very adaptable recipe.
Ive used onion, garlic, ground beef (mince) and beansprouts because it requires minimal chopping.
Toss these in when the bean sprouts are added, just to wilt.
Proceed with recipe then toss them in at the end.
Any instant noodles or ramen noodles will work just finebecause we discard the soup seasoning mix.
Dried or fresh, rice or wheat / egg noodles.
