Made this for a BBQ, EVERYBODY wanted the recipe! The coconut pineapple marinade is SO GOOD!!!!

But you’re able to can use plain pineapple juice if you prefer.

I served this with aCoconut Lime Rice.

Plus, I find it efficient because the rice recipe + this marinade = 1 can of coconut milk.
