Pickwickian syndrome, also known as obesity hypoventilation syndrome (OHS), can cause any or all these symptoms in a person with the condition.

Breathing assistance may also be necessary.

Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Mankikar studied medicine at The Medical University of Lublin in Poland.
