Mojitos tastes like a fizzy mint lime drink thats a bit sweet.
You cant taste the rum (which makes it dangerous!!)
and its incredibly refreshing and extremely easy to drink!
Its water thats been artificially carbonated.
But its a fine substitute!
Best rum for Mojito
Bacardi is the classic choice and the most well known.
Its a Puerto Rican white rum so its on-theme for Mojito which has Cuban origins!

The key to a great Mojito is bruising the mint leaves using a muddler (or pestle!)
in the glass so it releases flavour into the drink.
