Burnout is a serious issue that should be addressed.
You cant always control all the factors that contribute to burnout.
Anunhealthy work environmentmay be to blame.
And taking a one week vacation or attending a 30-minute seminar onstress reliefisnt going to fix it.
Instead, its important to create some bigger changes in your life.
But there are steps you’re able to take to improve your individual situation.
A few changes to your lifestyle might go a long way toward helping you feel better.
