Thats because your brain will have a go at hijack your behavior.
It might tell you that youre too tired to keep going.
Or it might distract you withcatastrophic thoughts.

But you dont have to believe your brain when it tells you that you cant stand to keep going.
You already have some skills that help you do things you dont want to do.
Otherwise, you probably wouldnt ever clean the house or you wouldnt ever go see the dentist.
