Our relationships with friends, family, and spouses may suffer if we have an overextended schedule.
Poor work-life balance can also lead tochronic stress, which can impact our mental and physical health.
If we feeloverworked, overwhelmed, or burned out, it’s important to prioritize our health and wellness.
