In comparison, a 2003 study explored the success of zinc sulfate as a treatment for ADHD.

While it reduced hyperactive and impulsive symptoms, it wasnt successful in reducing attention deficiency symptoms.

Its relatively safe as a treatment too.

However, it can have emotional, appetite, and growthside effects.

As theres still relatively little research into the benefits of micronutrient supplementation, more research is planned.
