Truthfully though, the way I make it has nothing to do with the name.

If youre a regular reader, youll know that I use parmesan cheese regularly in recipes.
The sauce wont thicken at all once the lid is on.
So keep cooking until the sauce is a nice creamy consistency and not watery.
