For example, some products claimed to have no artificial sweeteners but actually contained erythritol, a sugar alcohol.
Aim for products with at least 10 to 20 grams of protein per serving.
Its also quickly absorbed by the body, making it ideal for post-workout recovery.
If sweetened, look for natural sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit, she adds.
