Narcissistic personality disorder was historically classified as acluster B personality disorderbased on the DSM-IV-TR cluster system.
Other personality disorders in this category include antisocial personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, and histrionic personality disorders.
Someone with the disorder may have trouble relating to others or sustaining long-term relationships.
