Extra virgin olive oil Chicken mince is so lean, so this too is highly recommended.

Crispy quesadillas baked in the oven

None for this actual recipe but plenty leading up to it!

This came into existence because I was determined to expand my chicken mince repertoire.

In theory, it shouldve worked.

Aloo Paratha (Indian Potato Stuffed Flatbreads) filled with mashed potato and spiced beef on a tray, ready to be served.

In reality, it was bland.

I tried twice, dialling up the spicing, but it was still no good.

It was so, so delicious, and kept getting more delicious the more toppings I put on it.

Hot Ham, Egg and Cheese Pockets made with tortillas in a basket, with some cut showing the inside with molten cheese and perfectly cooked egg.
