You know instinctively in your heart that they deserve safety, nurturing, and love.
Now, let’s practice turning that sense of worthiness onto ourselves.
I am worthy of love and capable of loving.
I am worthy of love and capable of loving.
I am worthy of love and capable of loving.
I am worthy of love and capable of loving.
Remember, there is no right or wrong way to feel about this.
If you feel discomfort, that’s OK, too.
Just know that it’s possible for you to always return to this place of love and worthiness.
